Welcome to the Hampshire Franklin Baseball Umpires Association

Mission Statement:

The Hampshire Franklin Baseball Umpires Association (HFBUA) mission is to recruit,
train, improve and promote high school umpires by supporting a high standard of
officiating in a positive and user-friendly way. By doing so, we promote fair play,
competition, and a high level of sportsmanship for the betterment of the game of
baseball. The purpose of this association is to foster and grow a high level of baseball
umpiring, professionalism, and conduct. To support individuals in interpreting rules and
to promote positive relationships within the baseball community.
